Billing and Changes to Account

I know that this is a 1-month trial. I understand billing occurs separately from the food order process and will occur whether or not food is ordered and that when I change Club levels the price will reflect the rates at that time. After the trial period, my membership will automatically roll into the Club program at my current level unless I notify Super Suppers that I would not like to join at least 7 days prior to the end of my trial. Rates may change on occasion, but I know that either I or Super Suppers can cancel the agreement with 30 days written active account notice to the other party (cannot be on suspension during 60 days’ notice).


I understand that add on items will be charged at the current rate. I understand that I will have to pay for any extra items ordered at the time of purchase through the website prior to my receiving of items. I also understand that my billing and food orders are separate and that the billing may occur in advance upon receiving my order.

I authorize Super Suppers to charge any additional servings, delivery fees, rollover/late fees and any extra items purchased on a separate date if they apply. I understand that if my charge is returned or rejected, I will owe Super Suppers for any cost it incurs and Super Suppers is not responsible for any charges I incur when trying to re-run.

Ordering and Receipt of Goods

Items must be ordered within each calendar month, and may in good faith be ordered before or after my billing date which will be on the first of every month. If I fail to order the number of items in the Club level I selected within a calendar month, or if for any reason I request to rollover my entrees to a future month, I understand I will be charged a $5 administrative fee and the remaining will be an e-credit that is to be used for à la carte items (not toward Club membership dues). The credit will be good for 6-months from expiry date. If unused, then it is forfeited. To maintain quality and freshness, I also understand that if I do not pick up ordered entrees within 30 days of assigned or requested pickup date that entrees will be forfeited and restocked at that time. I also understand that I am to have someone present during estimated delivery window to receive delivery. If no one is available to receive, Super Suppers will leave items in bags by front door (or at designated delivery area if corporate) unless otherwise directed by customer. Super Suppers is not responsible for items delivered that are left unattended.

I understand that this is a contract between me and Super Suppers and I cannot transfer this contract to any other person. This agreement can also be modified periodically with 30 days notification by Super Suppers.
