LOYALTY CLUB CHANGE IN LEVELS, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELLATION POLICY

CHANGE IN CLUB LEVEL AND SUSPENSION

Club members can move to a higher or lower program level at any time, or suspend their club ordering for up to 4 months (must provide re-start date).  Club members must notify Super Suppers at least 1+ weeks (7 days) of your charge date for this to be effective. If the charge was already processed then the new level and pricing will be reflected the following month. When you change Club levels the price will reflect the rates at that time. 

CANCELLATION AT END OF 1-MONTH TRIAL

By signing-up you are committed to a 1-month trial. After the trial period your membership will automatically roll into the Club program of your choosing (at the time of sign up) unless Super Suppers is notified you would like to cancel at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the end of your trial, it will continue on a monthly basis. You must speak to a member of our staff if you wish to cancel after your trial membership.

CANCELLATION AFTER YOU HAVE BECOME A MONTHLY MEMBER

Once you have become a regular monthly Loyalty Club member, the agreement and pricing will automatically process on the 1st of the month at your subscribed level. Either you or Super Suppers can cancel the agreement with 30 days notice by speaking to a staff member directly (monthly loyalty club cannot be on suspension during 30 days’ notice).  If your cancellation is after the 1st of the months processing, then it will be cancelled starting the following month.
