LOYALTY CLUB CHANGE IN LEVELS, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELLATION POLICY

CHANGE IN CLUB LEVEL AND SUSPENSION

Clients can move to a higher program level at any time, but to move down in program levels or suspend for up to 4 months (must provide re-start date) notify Super Suppers at least 2+ weeks (14 days) of your charge date. Notify by emailing perrysburg@supersuppers.com.  When you change Club levels the price will reflect the rates at that time. 

CANCELLATION AT END OF 3-MONTH TRIAL

By signing-up you are committed to a 3-month trial. After the trial period your membership will automatically roll into the Club program unless Super Suppers is notified in writing that you would like to cancel at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the end of your trial. Notify by emailing perrysburg@supersuppers.com.

CANCELLATION AFTER TRIAL

After the trial period the agreement and pricing will automatically renew at your subscribed discount level. Either you or Super Suppers can cancel the agreement with 60 days written active account notice to the other party (cannot be on suspension during 60 days’ notice). Notify by emailing perrysburg@supersuppers.com.
